Platform Team Billing Support for Wireless Logic's rating and invoicing platform; the candidate will possess an enthusiastic, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn. They will lead a small team dedicated for ensuring Wireless Logics customers receive their monthly invoice with accurate data and in a timely manner.,

• Leading the Billing Support team


• Focal point for Wireless Logic's Commercial Teams for Billing


• Providing support to platform developers as a domain expert


• Collaborate with commercial and operational functions within the business to support for new products and services

  Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems


• Strong technical Knowledge of PHP and Symfony


• Strong technical knowledge of database systems (Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, Mongo, Postgress, Cassandra)


• Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes.


• Manipulate, analyse and interpret complex data sets relating to the Billing platform


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills



• ERP and accounting systems knowledge


• Data import/export and integration with third-party systems


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
