Full Job Description
- Learn to inspect, diagnose, and repair a variety of small construction plant machinery, including saws, pedestrian rollers, core drills, trench rammers, and mini diggers
- Develop proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment for maintenance and repair tasks
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and parts inventory to support efficient workflow and documentation compliance
Communication skills, Attention to detail, Problem solving skills, Analytical skills, Logical, Team working, Initiative, Physical fitness, GCSE or equivalent English Language (Grade 4) Essential - training
- qualifications, like an NVQ in a relevant field
