Full Job Description

Drive the demand, Supply & Inventory Executive review between Finance and ETO site to reach consensus on scenario planning to be implemented. Scenarios are valid on a All Regions / All Line of Business scope.
Make sure about the implementation in the respective site, monitor results and define corrective actions (closing the loop, feedback for next Execuitve/business review...).
Responsabilities
# Ensure SIOP internal coherency on (but not exhaustive) Growth, Revenue, Order, Sales, Inventory, for all Lines of Business and challenge the site for consistency.
# Collaborate closely with Finance Business Partners, Analytics teams , Business stakeholders, to ensure a holistic understanding of the demand drivers within the demand plan
# Ensure the aggregated view and propose scenarios (All Lines of Bunisess / All Regions) for the demand/supply and inventory in order to make SIOP decision in the Executive review. Ensure all alignment on this view.
# Maintain scenarios of demand /supply plan for SIOP decision making, with simulated revenue, capacity and inventory impact analysis.
# Ensure, a clear visibility and scenarios on, but not limited to, Growth, Revenue, Order, Sales, Inventory, for the site, including external macro-economical indicators, internal indicators, events and SIOP decisions.
# Drive the Executive review
# Supervise the implementation of Executive review decisions in your plant and ensure their execution
# Guaranty a regular global stastistical forecast to provide
Continuous improvment on statstistical forecast from Region feedback on their SIOP enrichment
Drive continuous improvement on algorithms and analytics solutions for the site
# Accountable for demand plan performance on Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Value add, Bias and impact on Customer satisfaction
Who will you report to?
This role will report to the Supply Chain Manager.

# Supply Chain Masters Degree
# Minimum of 10 years experience in Supply Chain (Operational and Planning functions is a plus)
