Pizza Chef

This is one of the most enjoyable and bustling roles in the kitchen. As Pizza chef you'll be passionate about - you guessed it - pizza! Your day will involve the preparation of your station and creating 'master pizzas' in our Garden pop-up. You will be responsible for creating high-quality, artisanal pizzas using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests. You may also be involved in other areas of the kitchen service working with your fellow team members.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and stretch pizza dough by hand to create thin-crust bases.

Craft a variety of pizza toppings, including classic favorites and creative combinations.

Operate wood-fired pizza ovens to achieve the perfect bake.

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.

Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during busy periods.

Proven experience as a Pizza Chef or similar role.

Knowledge of pizza-making techniques would be beneficial

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Passion for using fresh, seasonal ingredients.

Food hygiene certification preferred.

Salary: £12.50 per hour plus generous service charge and great benefits
