Full Job Description
- Hands-on day to day management of the kitchen
- Preparation and cooking our NY and Detroit style pizza from dough making through to the finished product
- Stock ordering and control
- Maintaining of equipment & daily cleaning
- Undertake any other duties as requested by senior management in accordance with the scope and responsibilities of the role
Team player with enthusiasm for exceptional customer experience - Attention to detail and pro-active approach
- Level 3 Food Hygiene preferable
