We're seeking a repair technician to join our team. You'll need strong tech skills and excellent customer service abilities, along with the capacity to troubleshoot effectively. Maintaining professionalism and interacting with clients both in-person and over the phone are key. Confidentiality and teamwork are crucial, as is the ability to work independently when needed. Responsibilities include device diagnostics, customer communication, repair management, and ensuring high standards.
