Full Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Pharmacy Dispenser (NVQ2 Qualified) to join our team at our newly refurbished clinic, which is equipped with the latest systems to ensure a smooth workflow. In this role, you will primarily work in the dispensary, preparing medications for collection or delivery, assembling blister packs, and responding to customer inquiries. As this is a patient-facing role, delivering exceptional customer service is crucial.,
- Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications accurately and efficiently.
- Utilise TITAN PMR software to support pharmacy operations and enhance workflow efficiency.
- Assist with medication and delivery orders.
- Engage with patients, handling prescriptions and providing information on medication usage.
- Ensure that all patient orders are ready for courier collection by the cutoff time each day.
- Help maintain a clean and organised pharmacy environment.
- Assist in additional services such as vaccinations and phlebotomy; willingness to be trained in both is desirable.
Experience in a pharmacy setting preferred. - Prior completion of dispensing course NVQ2
- Good understanding of pharmacy operations and medication management.
- Proficient with technology, especially pharmacy management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Evermore The Pharmacy Clinic opened in 2022 with the aim to update the face of community pharmacy. We are an independent pharmacy located in a rural setting with good access from Motorways. Our clinic provides a full spectrum of traditional community pharmacy services including NHS services, Pharmacy First, and standard prescription services with nationwide delivery. Additionally, we offer a wide range of private treatments to enhance patient access to necessary care. These services include private blood screenings, aesthetic treatments, weight loss clinics, skin consultations, and more.
A part-time position: 32 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 9am-6pm with a lunch break from 1-2pm. - 20 days annual leave, in addition to public bank holidays
