. Manage a minimum funded diverse caseload of learners across HSC level 4-5

If you are an experienced HSC professional with knowledge of apprenticeships and have the energy and commitment to inspire success and deliver exceptional teaching and learning, then we want to hear from you!, If you have experience of supporting learners by delivering innovative, impactful and engaging remote sessions, with a strong background and knowledge in the Health and Social Care Sector at a senior or managerial level, with the ability to stretch and challenge your learners to continually develop, apply now!

What our ideal applicant has:

.Minimum of Level 3 Assessor (CAVA, TAQA, D32, A1, V1)
.Teaching qualification (AET, PTTLS)
.Level 5 qualifications within the Health & Social Care sector
.Occupational competency
.Experience of delivering outstanding teaching and learning
.Experience of managing a diverse caseload
.Knowledge and experience of EPA
.Ability to adapt and differentiate sessions depending on different learning styles and accessibility levels
