Personal Travel Advisor

As a Personal Holiday Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering world-class customer service and ensuring flawless experiences for our valued customers. You will have the opportunity to work with an ambitious and proven team, competing in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is strictly enforced.

Day to day

• Assisting customers with their personal holiday bookings and providing expert advice


• Managing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints


• Collaborating with other team members to determine the best solutions for customers


• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions


• Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
  
  We're looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, and a natural conversation starter with passion and enthusiasm to work within travel and tourism. We'd also love to see the following:


• Excellent customer service skills with a strong commitment to achieving targets


• Dedicated to building a repeat customer base


• Creative and adaptable to overcome challenges in a constantly evolving environment - no two days are ever the same


• Self-motivated and driven taking pride in your work


• Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating various software applications


• Flexible and able to work varied shifts in line with customer demand. This will include evenings and weekends
  
  Our training kicks off with our famous "First Dates" at our amazing head office in Crawley. This is followed by a four-week training programme which is a combination of virtual and in-store training
