Full Job Description
I am a 33 year old man and my independence is very important to me. I am a very driven person; I like to exercise to stay fit and healthy, including weightlifting and cardio. I like to cook when I can and I like to eat healthily, my favourites are beef, salmon and prawns. It is very important to me that my kitchen is kept to a certain standard and that the washing up is completed, as I struggle to do this myself.
I enjoy amine and have hopes in the future to do holographic and 3D art.
I need a PA who is a great communicator and will help me take my medication daily and collect medication when required. I also require help with cleaning, including sweeping the floor and maintaining the kitchen and the bathroom.
Other Requirements
- Must be comfortable with pets
- Must be happy to work in a smoking environment
- Non-smoker preferred or someone who is willing to refrain from smoking during work hours.
- (or) Non smoker required due to medical reasons
- Must have a UK driving licence
- Must have access to own vehicle
- Other :
- Accompanying and assisting employer on shopping trips when required
- Accompanying employer to doctors/hospital appointments when required
- Driving and accompanying to social events such as church if needed
- Accompanying on trips out e.g. to the hospital
- Need more help getting around in the winter months due to the cold and snow
Able to tolerate the employer smoking in the work place
All applicants must be willing to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service check if required.
Successful applicants will be entitled to Holiday pay and will be issued employment contracts., Typical duties
Domestic -
Changing bed quilt
General housework, including cleaning, dusting and vacuuming.
Minor household maintenance eg changing light bulbs, taking down curtains for washing
Preparing drinks, snacks and meals if needed.
General tidying
Making phone calls on my behalf when I am too unwell to do this if needed
Personal Care:
Help with dispensing tablets
Assistance with medication i.e. helping to take tablets from foil/packets
Physiotherapy exercises is required
Social:

Able to both follow instructions and work on own initiative
Hygienic, tidy minded and well organised
Fit and healthy to undertake the required duties
