Full Job Description

  • Proactively plan and manage diaries, resolving conflicts and allocating time for Deputy Director's priorities.

  • Develop efficient systems for handling and prioritising emails, filtering out unnecessary correspondence

  • Coordinate logistics of virtual and in-person meetings, including travel and accommodations.

  • Provide admin support for recruitment campaigns and performance management process, as well as leading on secretariat support for senior managers

  • Collaboratively support the correspondence process, ensuring timely allocation of cases.

  • Work flexibly across the group to lead or support corporate activities, covering colleagues during absence and providing comprehensive handover notes.
