Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a PA - Administration Assistant to the MD Executive Assistant, providing support to senior leaders within UK/Europe As the Personal Assistant, you will ensure efficient document management, keeping legal papers, contracts, and important materials in perfect order. You'll orchestrate the CEO's schedule, ensuring appointments are in sync and deadlines are met seamlessly. From prepping meetings to taking detailed minutes, you will pride yourself in ensuring things run smoothly., This is a great opportunity for an admin assistant who wishes to move their career to a strong EA/PA role.,

  • Manage calendar of senior leaders, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings

  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations

  • Conduct research and gather information as needed

  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the senior leaders

  • Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

  • Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry

  • Assist with special projects and events as assigned

    Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


  • Languages - English and German
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work

  • Previous experience in an administrative or personal assistant role preferred or legal graduate/ paralegal experience

  • Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills

    This is a full-time hybrid position based between home and site. Travel would be required to all of our UK sites and potentially Austria.
