Looking for a role that makes a difference? We are seeking a highly motivated and flexible individual to join our team as an SSoW Coordinator. As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating activities related to the Safe Systems of Work (SSoW) and ensuring compliance with all statutory GSK and Mitie site rules and regulations.

Your main duties will include supervising contractors, performing level 1 inspections of SSoW operations, and facilitating continuous improvement activities in line with departmental objectives. Additionally, you will assist with root cause analysis and accident/incident investigations.

The ideal candidate will have technical knowledge and experience of building services, utility systems, and equipment, as well as previous experience in managing/coordinating resources in an operational environment. You should be able to perform in a high-pressure environment and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
