Full Job Description

Resourcing;

  • Managing the Recruitment shared inbox

  • Speaking with candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews
  • Creating candidate records on our Applicant Tracking System

  • Posting and maintaining job adverts on multiple online job boards

  • Facilitating online candidate assessments for Research recruitment

  • Assisting with Research Open Days; booking meeting rooms, sending out calendar invitations, gathering correct paperwork and setting up the room(s) on the day


  • People;
  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, filing documents, and managing HR databases. Ensuring all records are stored in accordance with data retention guidelines

  • Supporting the People Officer with pre- and post-employment reference requests

  • Supporting with the administration of employee rewards & benefits including healthcare enrolment and ongoing maintenance

  • Supporting with visa and right to work checks


  • L&D;
  • Assisting with new starter logistics including; booking meeting rooms for new starter inductions and other onboarding sessions, creating new starter desk bookings and sending calendar invitations


  • Full training will be given in order to complete the above duties to the best of your ability. Chambers and Partners and Boom Training will provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the apprenticeship training.

    Your attention to detail, exceptional organisational skills, and strong interpersonal abilities will contribute to the success of our People team as the company continues to grow at a rapid pace.

    This role will ensure that all People team administrative processes are delivered to a high standard during an exciting period of growth and organisational change. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to work in a collaborative and friendly team, where they will be able to learn a broad range of skills, knowledge and experience.

    The People team experience begins with hiring and this position will have a heavy focus on Recruitment in the first few months of the apprenticeship., Communication skills, IT skills, Organisation skills, Team working, Punctual, Eager to learn, Articulate, GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4/C or above) Desired
