  • Legal, Compliance, Finance, Communications and SHE both both locally and globally

  • Employee Representatives, and co-determination bodies and unions (if applicable)

  • Employers' associations (if applicable)

  • External government and legislative agencies as needed

  • Security and local Site Services

    We are looking for a highly motivated individual that can take up the role of People Relations Partner in the United Kingdom., Someone who demonstrates a passion for and focuses on building a diverse and inclusive work culture, fostering psychological safety and a strong sense of belonging

  • Someone with an enterprise mindset and system thinking, proven ability to work effectively across multiple business areas, global teams and key leadership areas in a fast paced VUCA environment

  • Has the ability to leverage technology and data to generate insights as foundation for diagnosis, recommendations and decisions

  • Someone who has a passion and ability to leverage digital tools for collaboration, co-creation and sharing across the system

  • Has consultation and influencing skills with a diverse group of stakeholders across the business

  • Has deep domain experience in the areas of employee relations and/or labour relations, good understanding of performance management on a global scale (preferred), expert negotiation skills that diffuse volatile situations and result in course correction of people relationships

    Our UK Pharmaceutical head office is situated in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, with beautiful countryside surrounding the area.
