People Projects Manager

At Gousto we're always on the lookout for ways to improve and are impatient for better! The People Projects Manager is pivotal to this, a role that supports us with transformational people projects across our teams.

The People Team is made up of several core functions including People Operations, L&D, Partnering, Employee Relations and Talent Acquisition. We have a busy agenda with a number of projects in play; introducing talent management, organisational design and levelling, and reviewing our reward and benefits to name a few. We are looking for someone from an HR background, that can not only manage these projects but also roll up their sleeves and get stuck in as / when they need to.

Core Responsibilities:

• Support the Head of Talent, Development and Experience with projects aligned to people strategy, policy and support


• Lead and manage projects from business case through to execution, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams / stakeholders


• Plan, and deliver all projects to time, cost and quality, selecting and working with external vendors and third parties when required


• Support colleagues in the change management process, delivering training, running focus group, and gathering change data


• Drive consistency of approach across projects; using efficient and effective tools and documents, embedding retro's and lessons learned


• Create communication plans and write engaging comms to a variety of different audiences


• Develop and manage comprehensive data capture, analysis, and reporting systems, building dashboards for insightful, trends and status reports


• Proactively identify, track, mitigate and manage project risks and ensuring timely resolution escalation


• Establish strong relationships, communicating effectively across a wide range of cross functional geographically distributed stakeholders, and vendors


• Live our ownership principles, always acting with integrity and due diligence
  
  A strong HR generalist, ideally with experience in a scaling business


• An excellent project manager and champion for well run change, who proactively focuses on continuous improvement


• Comfortable with ambiguity and enjoy working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial culture that demands a great deal from its people


• Highly organised with an eye for detail - project planning, management and reporting will be second nature


• Results-focused, with capability to navigate through complexity, with demonstrable experience of problem-solving and creative thinking


• A strong influencer, who can table challenging conversations, with the ability to remove barriers along the way through gaining clear commitment


• A clear and concise communicator with high integrity & EQ, comfortable advising senior leadership and engaging cross functional teams


• Driven, with strong commercial acumen to make things happen, whilst being conscious of the bigger picture


• Data-led and able to work with metrics and drive improvements, with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
