Full Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks related to both our team members and office space. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail and a proven track record of coordinating office operations. This position requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.,

  • Answering the phones and providing details of potential sales queries, or client call back

  • Be the commander of our office culture, ensuring all external visitors are greeted in a professional manner.

  • Arranging companywide events for staff to support our culture.

  • Assist in the onboarding and offboarding of employees, including preparing paperwork, setting up workstations, and coordinating with IT people departments.

  • Assisting with preparing documents, letters, running DBS checks and assist in the onboarding process for new hires.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and performance evaluations.

  • Manage the office supply inventory, including ordering and restocking as needed.

  • Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the office space, including coordinating repairs and regular cleaning services.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for building management, vendors, and other external parties.

  • Assist with scheduling meetings and events, including booking venues and coordinating catering services.

    Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in an administrative or similar role.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other basic computer applications.

  • Knowledge of office operations and administrative procedures.

  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 is highly desired.

  • ISO 14001, ISO 27001 or any other accreditation would be an added bonus.

    Salary: Up to £30,000 (negotiable dependent on experience)

    Compensation Range: £25K - £30K
