As a People Analytics consultant, you will be responsible for developing efficient solutions to provide rich data & insights to support TUI's People Agenda. You'll be joining the team at an exciting time as we embark on an ambitious People Analytics transformation.

The People Analytics Consultant builds effective partnerships with stakeholders throughout the organisation to understand business processes, what does/doesn't work, where opportunities exist that analytics products could support, to guide stakeholders on how to use the tools and to support increased data analytics maturity across TUI.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Develop analytical solutions within a global team, engaging stakeholders at various levels.

  • Ensure completion of regular business reporting & analytics, optimizing and automating where possible.

  • Work proactively with internal stakeholders to identify data requirements and enhance data consumption.

  • Build analytics solutions using SQL, Tableau Prep, Tableau, Python, etc., leveraging data from various sources.

  • Prioritize data quality and analytical rigor, questioning and interrogating data to uncover insights.

  • Communicate insights effectively verbally, in writing, and through presentations, facilitating discussions with HR.

  • Advocate for data governance and literacy, supporting stakeholder upskilling.

  • Establish effective pipelines between HR, Business, and third-party provider systems.

  • Ensure timely completion of regular, ad-hoc, and regulatory reporting.
