Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and flexible Pension Data Assistants to assist with the processing and review of member data to ensure that all work is completed to a high quality, to meet the requirements of the service within the timescales set by the Fund and in accordance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

The position includes responsibility for:-

  • To be a flexible resource across the Data Team including supporting specific data cleansing/management projects where required

  • To be responsible, for the bulk processing and validation of all amendments to member records, as a result of changes in legislation and identified action from bulk data analysis.

  • To undertake rectification activities to amend member records to ensure the right information is held and processed correctly.

  • To support the Pensions Data Officers in the provision of analysis and reporting on outstanding data items and issues resulting from the onboarding of data by the Fund's employers.

    The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills with the ability to discuss complex data and pension queries with people of all levels of knowledge, understanding and seniority. Experience using Excel to a high standard is essential alongside excellent attention to detail.
