Full Job Description

As a Peer Mentor Lead you will devote appropriate time to planning, preparing, and overseeing the Peer Mentor programme's successful implementation and operation. You will serve in an administrative capacity by supervising and supporting the peer mentors on campus.

You will also be in direct communication with campus Student Peer Mentors, providing guidance and support as well as serve as a positive role model and demonstrate integrity, moral character, and strong leadership.

We are looking for someone who embodies high energy, positivity, and enthusiasm, with a strong commitment to student success and higher education. You will be action-oriented and detail-oriented, proficient in data management and troubleshooting student issues using various resources.

You will be used to fast-paced environments, possess exceptional problem-solving skills, and have experience managing events. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Previous experience in supporting students, handling complaints, and utilising CRMs and student records databases is preferred, along with knowledge of data protection principles and student development theory.
