Full Job Description

Community Integrated Care is looking to recruit a Payroll Team Leader to join our Finance Team based in Widnes on a full time permanent basis!,

  • Ensuring the day to day processes are completed accurately and on time.

  • Complete monthly payroll checking and reconciliation.

  • Responding to escalated queries.

  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of the Payroll function through building relationships with key stakeholders .

  • Lead on TUPE process in conjunction with the Payroll Manager.

  • Leading the development of the Payroll Officers through their career pathway.

    At least 2 years' experience as a Payroll Team Leader,

  • A good foundation in payroll knowledge.

  • Confident using excel, including using Vlookups and data manipulation

  • CIPP qualification is desirable.

  • Have strong communication skills

  • You are a brilliant communicator - you find it easy to explain things in a way that is easy for others to understand

  • You would describe yourself as a people person - you build relationships quickly, and find it easy to talk to anyone

  • You enjoy coaching others and supporting people to achieve
