The Payroll Officer will work under the direction of the HR Manager and be responsible for processing accurate monthly salary payments, managing salary sacrifice and pensions administration, and coordinating accurate pay data reporting for budget reconciliation and monitoring purposes.

Key attributes for success in the role include; excellent communication skills, strong numeracy, accuracy, attention to detail and logical thinking. The ability to thrive under pressure and meet strict deadlines while effectively prioritising workloads is essential.
