Payroll Manager

37.5 hour per week. Requests for flexible working options will be considered (subject to business need)., We are seeking an experienced Payroll Professional to manage a busy Payroll team. This an exciting opportunity in which you will work under the leadership of the Senior Payroll Manager to ensure we operate an accurate and compliant Payroll function. You will be expected to work autonomously and assume management of the Payroll Team.
You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activity of the Payroll function, including:

• End to end processing for three Payrolls


• Real time reporting


• Meeting statutory obligations


• Financial reconciliations


• Pensions contribution process


• Line management, training and motivating staff


• Global Mobility


• Audit


To be successful, you will require a high level of accuracy and ability to understand and convey technical information to provide a clear explanation to others. An up to date knowledge and experience of working in a busy Payroll Team is essential. Experience of working with Pensions, Financial Reconciliations, and HR systems would be advantageous.
