Full Job Description

Kingswood Group are currently assisting a London business in the recruitment of a part-time Payroll Administrator/Assistant to work in their Canary Wharf office.

Working up to 24 hours a week, the ideal days would be from Wednesday to Friday. The company can be flexible to hours so please add to your CV your desired working week.

Reporting to a Payroll Manager, the main responsibility will be processing two weekly payrolls and assisting the Payroll Assistant and Manager with the monthly payroll. Duties will include;

Processing payroll for two weekly payrolls (approx 25 emp)

Managing email inbox enquires, taking calls from employees and outside agencies etc

Ensuring all timesheets are received and checked

Updating Holiday/Sickness spreadsheets

Holiday calculations

Processing weekly/ monthly New Starters & Leavers

Assist with processing monthly payroll

Running payroll reports and analysing data

Reconciling Loans, PAYE/NI, Net, Gross, Court Orders etc.

Month end - collating all reports and distributing to various departments.
