Full Job Description

Hain Daniels are currently recruiting a Payroll administrator to assist in providing an effective payroll service to the company, ensuring the accurate and timely payment of employees salaries.,

  • Prepare and Process all fortnightly, four weekly and monthly paid employee salaries

  • Accurately maintain the employee database

  • Process new starters, leavers and changes in salary entitlements

  • Prepare and process HMRC reports

  • Ensure HMRC guidelines are met and the correct tax codes are used

  • Work closely with wider HR team

  • Liaise with pension providers to set up auto-enrolment accurately


  • Process Expense Claims

    Proven experience gained working in a similar Payroll environment

  • Knowledge of pensions auto-enrolment and payroll legislation

  • Experience of SAGE 50 Payroll

  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills

  • Numerate and detail orientated
