St Luke's Hospice is seeking a dedicated Patient Experience Lead to champion excellence in patient care and drive continuous improvement in our services. If you thrive in a role where you can make a tangible difference and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to enhance patient experiences, then we want to hear from you., Patient Experience Strategy: Develop and maintain a comprehensive strategy for patient care, aligning with the needs of our community.
Communication Channels: Establish effective communication channels with staff, patients, and community groups to gather feedback and drive strategy delivery.
Quality Monitoring: Implement quality measures to monitor user experience and drive improvements.
Feedback Mechanisms: Ensure robust feedback mechanisms are in place to promote equity in patient outcomes and experiences.
Reporting & Analysis: Compile and analyse patient experience data to inform decision-making and develop action plans for improvement.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Proactively engage with internal and external stakeholders to identify collaboration opportunities and strengthen patient experience initiatives.
Equality, Diversity & Inclusion: Support initiatives to improve equality, diversity, and inclusion in patient care, ensuring underrepresented groups' needs are addressed.
Leadership & Support: Provide leadership and support to volunteers involved in patient experience initiatives, facilitating patient feedback groups and patient stories development.
Learning & Development: Pursue ongoing learning and development opportunities to maintain specialist knowledge and stay abreast of industry developments.
