Full Job Description

We are currently seeking a Patient Coordinator with excellent communication and organisational skills to be based out of our busy Diplomat House Dental Clinic in Blandford Forum, Dorset but will also be required to work at our Allington Dental Clinic based in Bridport, Dorset.

You will be responsible for providing an excellent patient journey from first visit through to consultation and working closely with our Clinicians to manage their diaries, using initiative to identify new ways to improve the diaries and reduce gaps.

  • About You

    The main duties will include :
  • Welcoming all patients arriving into the Practice

  • Diary management, working closely with the Dentists

  • Scheduling and booking of new patient appointments and coordinating patient treatments in consultation with the Dentist, including follow up reviews

  • First point of contact for our Dental Labs and other suppliers

  • Contacting patients by phone who have an outstanding course of open treatment

  • Contacting Patients by phone where there is an outstanding debt

  • Managing the finance applications via Tabeo

  • Completing weekly reviews of NPS scores and working with the Practice Manager to enhance the score and improve the patient journey

  • Maintaining the scan target tracker of 5 per day with a minimum output of 20 scans per week

  • Supporting with social media content collating before and after treatment photos and posting on practice to social channels

  • Maintaining the Consultation and Conversion tracker through conversations with the Patient and Clinician Aiming for (>
