Party Supervisor

We are now recruiting for an outgoing, bubbly, personable and engaging Party Supervisor to join our team., We are all about our guests! Your goal will be to provide the most unforgettable party experiences for our guests. Offering them the best customer service possible! You will ensure our guests Health, Safety & Wellbeing are kept in the highest regard at all times and create an environment where our guests thrive on your incredible personality and sense of Creating Unforgettable Experiences One Guest at a Time!,

• Be the face of Flip Out!


• Welcoming each and every party guest into our park with absolute passion, professionalism and enthusiasm.


• Supervise party hosts to ensure we create the most unforgettable parties ever!


• Continuously train & develop our party hosts


• Ensure adherence to our party programmes


• Liaise with F&B teams to ensure F&B offering for the party is correct and timely - you must have a strong understanding of allergies/intolerances to be able to communicate this effectively with the F&B team.


• Create fun and engaging party games for our children's parties.


• Ensure strict timekeeping - 1 hour in the park, 1 hour in the party room for each party with usually quick turnaround times before the next party group attends.


• Conducting and engaging our guests in their safety briefing following on from your training and induction


• Ensure excellent standards of housekeeping are maintained at all times


• Be the first point of contact for any accidents/incidents that may occur in your area of work


• Uphold our park rules at all times


• Follow all working regulation as set out in the companies employee handbook and where relevant specific reception regulations


• Report maintenance issues immediately to your Shift Manager


• Escalate any complaints to your Shift Manager swiftly and professionally


• Interaction is the absolute key to creating unforgettable experiences one guest at a time and you will interact with all our guests from a simple smile to a great big high five!

  This position will be a zero-hour contract working both Saturday & Sunday weekly along with additional hours on peak days (such as school holidays). You must have full flexibility on weekends between the hours of 10am-8pm (we typically work 6-8 hour shifts per day).


Rates of Pay & Benefits

£11.94 per hour
