With a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a dedicated Online Parts Advisor to join our team and assist our online customers in finding the correct parts for their automotive needs., Position Overview: As an Online Parts Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers by advising them on the correct parts, taking orders, managing orders efficiently, and ensuring a seamless online purchasing experience. You will be the primary point of contact for our online customers, utilizing your expertise in the automotive industry to provide accurate and personalized assistance.,

  • Assist customers in identifying the correct parts for their vehicles through online communication channels (e.g., chat, email, phone).

  • Provide accurate product information, including specifications, compatibility, and pricing.

  • Take orders from customers and process transactions accurately and efficiently.

  • Manage orders from receipt to fulfillment, including printing packing slips, arranging shipments, and tracking deliveries.

  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.

  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.

  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and new releases to better assist customers.

    Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the automotive industry.

  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories, including compatibility and specifications.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in using online communication tools and order management systems.

  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on providing personalized assistance.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders and managing customer information.
