Full Job Description

We have a brand-new opportunity for a confident Partnerships Executive to provide crucial support and be the 'go-to person' for
our Head of Global Partnerships and Sports and Betting Partnerships Manager. You'll have the exciting responsibility of managing
our Art partnerships on a day-to-day basis and keeping things running smoothly. You'll also help with the research to find new
potential partners. If you're someone who thrives on change, loves finding better ways to work, and enjoys juggling priorities,

  • Manage daily operations for secured Art partnerships like Art.com and Canvas Factory.

  • Generate activity and revenue reports for ongoing partnerships.

  • Create high-quality, on-brand presentations to assist the team.

  • Assist Partnerships Managers in resolving billing issues.

  • Maintain an accurate and updated Partnerships sales pipeline.

  • Research across different sectors to identify new potential partners.

  • Collaborate with Content Researchers to deliver on-brand solutions.

  • Proactively work with Partnerships Managers to surpass targets.

  • Ensure all Partnership agreements are saved in Salesforce.

  • Demonstrate self-motivation by actively seeking and recommending improvements.

    To excel in this role, a proven track record in sales or customer service administration is essential. You should possess

  • confidence and motivation in customer interactions, with strong language skills and cultural understanding to effectively
    communicate via email, telephone and Teams.

    Demonstrating proficiency in working with data and a high level of attention to detail is paramount.

    Being comfortable working under pressure to meet conflicting deadlines is important and familiarity with customer management
    systems, particularly Salesforce, is preferred.

  • PLEASE NOTE The majority of this role can be performed remotely but the successful candidate will be expected to be willing to

  • travel to Abingdon and/or London typically a few days each month
