Full Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic part-time Residential Sales Negotiator to join our Letchworth team working alternate weekends. As our company continues to grow, we recognise the importance of having skilled professionals who can effectively secure profitable agreements and foster long-term relationships with clients.

You will be joining a dedicated team of 5 sales negotiators who work closely and collaboratively to drive our sales objectives., · Client engagement.

· Arranging and conducting viewings.

· Generating and negotiating offers.

· Applicant management.

· Securing new business.

· Ideally a background of a sales environment.

Established in 1922 Satchells Estate Agents are a family-owned independent firm offering a wide range residential and commercial property services from our network of 6 High Street offices across Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire. Our range of services include residential sales and lettings, commercial property sales and lettings, Land and New Home Developments, blocks of flats and estate management, along with commercial property management and professional services, which includes, lease renewals, rent reviews, leasehold enfranchisement.

Satchells whilst being a family business is team orientated with all staff working as one team in their office sharing a commission on the collective pooled banked income to their department.

· Holidays are based on statutory 28 days (including Bank Holidays) per year pro-rata to the contracted hours.

Working structure:

· Alternate weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

· Saturdays 9.00am-5.00pm (1 hour lunch unpaid).
