Full Job Description

Come join Brandon Trust, a learning disability charity, as a Domestic Cleaner! We're in search of an individual to assist our team at a residential care home on a flexible, part-time permanent basis. Our home supports adults with learning disabilities, autism, or both, empowering them to lead their lives autonomously.

While our dedicated support workers handle daily cleaning tasks, we are seeking a friendly, dependable, and trustworthy person to lend a hand.,

  • To be able to work on your own, but also be aware that you are part of a team.


  • To respect those who use the building.


  • To work to a high standard and allow work to be checked regularly.


  • To attend training courses that will help you with your job, e.g. Health and Safety.


  • General cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, hovering specific areas around the building


  • Deep cleaning of different areas of the home each week

    Good time keeping


  • Flexible Working Communication


  • Work as part of a team


  • Undertake Brandon Trusts mandatory training


  • Confidence around working in a public building
