Part Time / Casual Retail Sales Assistant

· Selling wax melts, candles, diffuser products to customers and upselling

· Hitting sales targets, and engaging with customers

· Processing cash and card payments

· Promoting products based on the company's directives

· Arranging products on the shelves and on promotional displays

· Unpacking and sorting new stock delivery

· Managing product inventory at the kiosk

· Keeping the kiosk clean

KINGSWOOD CANDLE COMPANY are looking for Part Time/Casual Retail Sales Assistants to join our team at our kiosk based at The Golden Square Mall, Warrington and also the Birchwood Shopping Centre, so the role could be for either kiosk. We are looking for outgoing, friendly, and confident individuals that have strong sales experience, great customer service skills, and build a positive relationship with new and returning customers. The ideal candidates must have at least 2+ years retail OR sales experience, and be able to work towards sales targets., · Strong customer service skills

· Excellent in selling and upselling products

· Proficiency in using a point of sale system (POS) and inventory management software

· Knowledge in product promotions

· Ability to conduct effective sales

· Excellent communication skills

· Ability to work in high pressure situations

· Ability to work well on your own

· Proficiency in Maths & English,

• Retail sales: 2 years (preferred)


• customer service: 2 years (preferred)
  
  1-2 days per week.


· Hours are typically 9.30am-5pm (Mon-Fri) and 11am-5pm on Sundays. We also offer half shifts (such as 9.30am-1pm or 1p-5pm)

· We can offer flexible work days/shift patterns to suit your needs

Job Salary:

· Pay will be UK minimum wage (per hour).

· We also offer bonus pay and incentives for hitting sales targets during busy seasons!
