Part-time Bartender

We are looking for an experienced PART TIME bartender to join our family Golden Bee based in the heart of Shoreditch.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidates to join an ambitious and independent company who put people first.

The ideal candidates will have a real passion for the industry, ability to work to and maintain high standards and be able to cope well under pressure. You should have a friendly and professional approach and most importantly be committed to working as team with like-minded individuals. You should be happy to work on weekends as well as late nights.

NOTE - you should be experienced in cocktails with a good knowledge of the classics.

Your main responsibilities will include:

o Delivering excellent customer service at all times.

o Serving and presenting beverages, quickly and efficiently whilst maintaining the customer experience.

o Assisting the bar manager in all areas when required.

o Checking identification of customers to verify age requirements where necessary.

o Maximising sales through product knowledge and 'up selling' in a positive and friendly manner.

o Assisting in keeping the bar clean and tidy at all times.

o Keeping up to date with current promotions and new products.

o Adhering to all company policies and procedures and licensing laws.

o Ensuring the bar is clean and replenished throughout the shift and on closing.

o Supporting your work colleagues and ensuring that a team spirit is adopted at all times.
