Paramedic Practice Educator (Southampton)

This exciting role of Paramedic Practice Educator combines clinical and leadership time as part of our ambulance operations, developing our people on the frontline. The expected role will involve around 75% clinical time where you will support our frontline clinicians with workplace education and 25% education and administration time. As a Paramedic Practice Educator you will be responsible for working with all ambulance clinicians within ECS to support and mentor their clinical progression. With a focus on Apprentices, Student Paramedics and Newly Qualified Paramedics, you will be involved in their clinical learning pathway and be responsible for overseeing their portfolio requirements. Your clinical time will predominantly be undertaken on frontline emergency ambulance shifts, with a variety of other opportunities to be involved across the full range of clinical operations within ECS.
