Full Job Description

You will join Partners James Davies and Deborah Rose who lead the team of specialist serious injury lawyers at our Bristol and Cardiff offices. The team is dedicated to ensuring that those people who suffer life-changing injuries through no fault of their own, receive appropriate and enabling rehabilitation to promote independence where possible.

What You'll Be Doing

Your role will involve but is not limited to:

Supporting case handlers in the running of the cases by undertaking basic case work under supervision. This may include taking instructions from clients, obtaining and reviewing evidence and, where appropriate, assisting case handlers with litigation processes, to achieve appropriate resolutions for our clients

  • Supporting with the administrative elements of case progression

  • Achieving time recording and fee income targets to ensure profitable working.

  • Attending and contributing to team/practice area meetings and engaging with colleagues to ensure team objectives achieved.

  • Keeping up to date with changes in relevant law and practice and attending appropriate training events to ensure up to date legal knowledge and best practice.

    We are looking to add a talented Paralegal to our Serious Injury team to be based in Bristol or Cardiff.
