Most of our operations are in London. We are looking for someone to join our dynamic team to help our business continue to thrive. The role is as a paralegal, but there's lots of scope to grow a long-term career doing a variety of work.

Organising payments of deposits and rent. Assisting with check-in/out. Liaising with utilities and Councils. Inspecting properties.

3. Administration: Organising meetings, helping with payment of suppliers and contractors, printing, filings, handling email and mail, taking phone calls and supervising deliveries.

Required: Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

- Required (long-term): ARLA qualification (we can support candidates in obtaining this qualification covering costs and providing time to prepare)

- Helpful: Successful prior experience in estate agency or property management

- Helpful: Full driving licence and car to travel to and from meetings and properties
