Paralegal

· Researching and summarising legal information

· Preparing legal documents and correspondence

· Drafting applications, statements of case and witness statements for use in Tribunal proceedings

· Drafting pleadings, witness statements etc for use in Court proceedings

· Advising clients and explaining legal matters (orally and in writing)

· Liaising with third parties.
