Full Job Description
Assist experienced Panel Beaters in assessing vehicle damages, including dents, scratches, and structural issues.
-Support in repairing and restoring damaged body panels using appropriate tools and techniques.
-Learn to identify and remove damaged parts for repair or replacement.
-Gain hands-on experience in fitting and aligning new parts correctly.
-Observe and assist experienced welders in securing and strengthening repaired or replaced panels using different welding techniques.
-Assist in preparing surfaces for refinishing and painting by applying primer, body filler, and learning paint mixing and color matching techniques.
-Learn how to conduct inspections to ensure repaired panels meet high-quality standards.
-Work closely with experienced professionals to develop essential quality assurance skills.
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our automotive repair team as an entry-level Panel Beater. As an entry-level Panel Beater, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop essential skills in vehicle body panel repair and restoration., No professional qualifications required; minimum 3-6 months practical experience
-Show a strong interest in cars and the desire to develop automotive repair skills.
-Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow in the role, with eagerness to acquire new skills and adapt to different repair techniques.
-Have a keen eye for detail and precision to ensure accurate assessments, repairs, measurements, alignments, and finishes.
