Full Job Description
We would love to hear from Band 7 Nurses with previous experience dealing with paediatrics to support this school nursing team. The key responsibilites for this role will be the provision of safe care, empowering clients to make choices about their own care provision, and coordinate and lead the transition and continuity of all paediatric complex care packages.,
