Job Description

What you'll be doing

You will be managing a team of complex community nurses and their workload, providing expert advice, support and guidance in the delivery and assurance of complex care.

To support the growth objectives of the business by ensuring responsive clinical input to new business opportunities as well as supporting service standards, and so the retention of, existing clients.

To prioritise high quality service delivery and champion appropriate values within the organisation.

You will get the opportunity to use your clinical knowledge and experience to interact with ICBs, Case Management, Social Services, private and NHS hospitals, nursing homes and learning disability establishments.

You will be a Registered Paediatric Nurse with at least 2 years of working within complex care., To succeed in this rewarding role you will need be self-motivated, enthusiastic, caring, empathetic and compassionate.
