Full Job Description

The role requires interaction with many people within and external to UCL. A professional attitude, willingness to help, and an ability to remain tactful and assertive are required in order to adequately execute the duties outlined.

The post holder will provide dedicated executive support, including diary management, arranging meetings and committee servicing to the Faculty Director of Operations.

The post holder will assume general and specific administrative support duties to progress the operational activities FMS Faculty Office.

It is essential you are educated to A level standard, or NVQ Level IV administration, or have substantial relevant experience. You must have experience of working in an administrative position, incorporating an EA/PA role, in a large or complex organisation.

It is desirable if you have good knowledge and understanding of the Higher Education sector and experience of finance processes and online systems such as Oracle.
