Full Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic PA to join our Primary Care Mental Health Team in Mid and North Hampshire. You will be working as an administrator for the Community Mental Health Primary Care Transformation Manager and with the Primary Care Networks across Mid and North Hampshire where you will use your skills to support the delivery of the No Wrong Door Community Mental Health Transformation Programme within Primary Care., To provide a comprehensive range of secretarial and administrative support to the No Wrong Door Transformation Programme within Primary Care. To undertake responsibility for the day to day management of the administrative, clerical and secretarial functions associated with this programme. This includes working and acting on own initiative and dealing with potentially complex situations. To consistently deliver a client focussed service, which promotes good customer service and effective working relationships. To support development of administrators working in our Primary Care Mental Health Teams within the Primary Care Networks of Mid and North Hampshire.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person who is:

Organised;

Has sound IT/administration skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

Works well in a team;

Has excellent communication skills;

Has good interpersonal skills and is able to work in a confidential and sensitive manner.

The transformation will happen in staggered stages; Hampshire CAMHS, part of Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust joined Southern Health in February 2024, with Isle of Wight NHS Trust mental health and community services transitioning in early May 2024. The final combination of Southern Health and Solent Trusts is anticipated to occur in July 2024, when the new organisation will be formed.

Our new Trust will continue to cater to the unique needs of different communities, making healthcare across the county more accessible, as well as offering staff more opportunities for career development, training and partnership working.
