Full Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a PA/Project Support Officer to the Director of ESG & Radiation Strategy and provide support to the wider ESG & Radiation Strategy leadership team.

Our teams are set up to work flexibly, with a hybrid working approach between our offices and your home. We provide a full suite of IT equipment to ensure that our employees can work from home comfortably and effectively., You'll manage the Directors diary, organise travel and accommodation and arrange meetings and events.

You'll be an integral part of the team contributing to team success, communications and a positive working environment.

You'll provide general administrative duties as they arise and be responsible for on-boarding of new team members and consultants including liaising with vetting and induction teams.

You'll have PA experience at an executive level along with the team support.

You'll have excellent communication and organisational skills combined with pro-active approach to the diverse workload.

You'll be able to manage competing priorities, tight timelines whilst upholding the upmost integrity and discretion in all work you carry out - attention to detail is key!

You'll be proficient in Outlook or similar diary/email application; Microsoft Office - Word Excel and Powerpoint.
