Full Job Description
We are looking for a Payroll Debt Management Coordinator to work within our Debt Management and Recoveries team and will be reporting to the Payroll Debt Management Specialist.
- Ability to interpret and present data in a range of formats to our clients, employees, and colleagues.
- Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience working within a payroll service delivery department.
- Knowledge of up-to-date statutory payroll guidelines and best practice
- A proactive and problem-solving approach
- Work closely with the Payroll Debt Management Specialist and others to deal with, and process, complex queries.
- Handling challenging complaints and queries
- Liaise with various other departments within the organisation to provide payroll overpayments information and response to any queries that arise.
- Excellent numerical skills
- Good understanding of MS Office Suit including Excel
- Good organisational skills
Band C: £25,637 DOE
