Full Job Description

The Sales team at Calor Gas are looking to recruit an engaging and proactive Outbound Sales Specialist. This is a hybrid role working 2 days per week from our Head Office in Warwick.
Key responsibilities will include:
+ Using prospect lists provided by the Marketing Department to cold call customers
+ Make appointments for the field sales team to carry out visits or close sales over the phone
+ Research and identify potential prospects using the internet
+ Profiling prospective customers and capturing data
+ Contacting lapsed Calor users to determine their appetite to buy Calor gas again

+ Have experience of outbound telesales multi-channel contact to existing and prospective customers within a call centre environment
+ Have experience of using CRM systems to manage prospect records and outcomes
+ Be able to use Outlook for making appointments
+ Have knowledge of using Excel or Access databases
+ Have knowledge of telephony including auto-diallers
+ Possess excellent verbal communication and telephone selling skills
