  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the recruitment department, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.

  • Collaborating closely with the sales team to secure future clients and build the number of operations you manage.

  • Collaborate with CEO of the business to define operational objectives, establish KPIs, and monitor performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies, maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity.

  • Identify opportunities for innovation and automation within recruitment operations, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence within the recruitment department, promoting teamwork and employee engagement.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment operations, incorporating relevant insights into operational strategies.

    We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the operational aspects of our recruitment processes in the Hospitality Department. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record in recruitment operations or Hospitality, and a passion for driving efficiency and excellence in service delivery., Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

  • Proven experience in recruitment operations management/Hospitality Management, with a minimum of 2years in a leadership role within the recruitment industry.

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals and objectives.

  • Demonstrated track record of driving process improvement initiatives and implementing operational best practices.

  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
