Operations Manager - Children's Residential Services, We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead a growing cluster of children's residential homes in the Lincolnshire area.

What will I be doing?

This role is critical in ensuring that the quality standards are exceeded and you will have direct responsibility for the children's homes in your area, ensuring that there is sufficient oversight to ensure that each service is working in line with regulatory requirements whilst being able to identify and deliver opportunities for change, improvement and scope, plan and manage change.

You will contribute to the development and growth of our children's homes, aligning services and setting the strategic priorities for the organisation.

You will also support the registered managers and hold the lead responsibility for management, support and direction of the service in line with Kisimul values.

  • Level 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification in child/adult care/support

  • At least 2 years significant management/supervisory experience in multisite settings

  • Proven experience, at least 4 years, of working effectively with people with learning disabilities and/or special needs.

  • A good knowledge of the Quality Standards, relevant statutory regulations and how they apply within the working practice, including the inspection process.

  • Knowledge of Children Act 1989, Guidance & Regulations
