Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced hotel operations manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth running of our hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all hotel operations, managing department heads and staff, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.,

  • Overseeing all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance

  • Managing and developing department heads and staff to ensure efficient and effective operations

  • Maximizing revenue streams and controlling costs to meet financial goals

  • Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and regulations

  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve guest experience and satisfaction

  • Handling guest complaints and ensuring prompt resolution

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders including vendors, suppliers, and community members

  • Participating in the development and implementation of hotel policies and procedures

  • Developing and implementing crisis management plans and protocols, Our Holiday Inn Brentwood hotel has undergone stunning renovations, transforming into an Open Lobby design and welcoming the renowned celebrity chef Marco Pierre White's chic new Italian restaurant, 'Marcos.'


  • With 149 luxurious bedrooms on offer, guests can choose from a variety of dining options, including the newly refurbished lobby lounge, which offers all-day dining options, and the stunning new Italian restaurant, 'Marcos.' The hotel also provides 24-hour room service and a well-equipped fitness club for guests to maintain their fitness routine.

  • Proven experience as a hotel operations manager or in a similar role

  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and stakeholders

  • Strong financial management skills with the ability to maximize revenue and control costs

  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations and industry trends

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field preferred
