Strategic Planning:

  • Lead the development of an annual operating plan, identifying improvements in capabilities, processes, and systems.

  • Ensure alignment with business priorities and growth objectives.


  • Performance Management:

  • Monitor SLAs and KPIs across all service lines.


  • Communication and Leadership:
  • Communicate the phs Compliance strategy to Operations colleagues.

  • Foster a culture of service excellence and lasting improvements.

  • Set clear objectives, priorities, and performance measures.

  • Develop high-performing, motivated teams.


  • Standardization and Safety:
  • Implement standard operating procedures and plans across operations.

  • Maintain a safe and healthy working environment for all colleagues.


  • Customer Focus:
  • Champion exceptional customer service.

  • Collaborate with Commercial Leadership to enhance the customer journey.


  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, technology adoption, and enhanced customer experience.


  • Health & Safety Compliance:
  • Take ownership of health and safety obligations.

  • Manage risk through effective report verification processes.


  • Resource Planning:
  • Plan labor based on fluctuating workload by service line.

  • Oversee engineer recruitment to secure business revenues.

  • Managed national teams and KPI frameworks.

  • Demonstrated ability to simplify operations and improve performance.

  • Experience with P&L management and understanding of key business drivers.

  • Relevant Health and Safety qualifications as appropriate

  • Technical electrical or mechanical qualifications an advantage

  • Industry recognised management qualifications
